PokeMMO permanent raids
Six raids stay open all year in PokeMMO: Heatran (5★) at Stark Mountain, Cresselia (6★) on Fullmoon Island, Meloetta (6★) in Anville Town, and the Swords of Justice Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion (6★) in Unova.
They are endgame fights: each one asks for a completed OT Pokédex and 4 OT Pokémon in your team. Each rewards the legendary itself, plus 30 Magma Stones for Heatran and Lunar Wings for Cresselia.

PokeMMO permanent raids: frequent questions
Which PokeMMO raids are always available?
Heatran at Stark Mountain (Sinnoh), Cresselia on Fullmoon Island (Sinnoh), Meloetta in Anville Town (Unova), and Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion in Unova. The other raids only open during the Halloween, Christmas and Lunar New Year events.
What do you need to start a permanent raid?
A completed OT Pokédex (with Mt. Silver unlocked for Terrakion and Virizion) and 4 OT Pokémon in your team, that is Pokémon you caught or hatched yourself.
Can Cresselia be fought again?
Yes: after the first win, which gives Cresselia and 30 Lunar Wings, a weekly rematch gives 20 Lunar Wings.
Can you breed these legendaries?
No. PokeMMO files every legendary and mythical Pokémon as unable to breed: you get them from these raids, never from an egg.
