250 Pokémon families have egg moves in PokeMMO. The lists come from the game client: PokeMMO moved many main-game egg moves to tutors, so they are shorter than on Bulbapedia.

How egg moves work in PokeMMO

Which parent passes egg moves in PokeMMO?

Either one. Unlike generation 5, the egg gets every move its mother or father knows, if its species can learn it. A parent of another species is always the father, because the egg takes the mother's species.

Does the egg move have to be on the last breed?

No. Every breed of an IV tree hatches your target species, so a move known by any parent goes up each breed to the final Pokémon. The planner puts it on one parent, often a male partner that learns it by level.

What is chain breeding?

When no compatible Pokémon learns the move itself, you hatch it on a go-between species first. The PokeMMO forum's example: Rapid Spin, Squirtle → Kabuto → Tentacool.

Why are the lists shorter than in the main games?

PokeMMO moved many egg moves to move tutors. The lists here come from the PokeMMO client data, not from Black 2 / White 2.

Can genderless Pokémon get egg moves?

Only from their own family: they breed only together or with Ditto, and Ditto never carries an egg move.
